1. Products and Services Built to Scale Systems offers digital education programs, including the AI Fast Track course. All course content is delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.
2. Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown.
3. Refund Policy Refunds are governed by our program-specific refund policy.
AI Fast Track — 14-Day Guarantee You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, or within 14 days of the course becoming available to you — whichever is later. To qualify, you must have completed at least 80% of the course modules and provide proof of completed work (module completion screenshots or certificates).
Refund requests submitted without proof of work will not be approved.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with subject line "AI Fast Track Refund Request." Include your proof of completion and original purchase email. We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable: requests outside the refund window, purchases where less than 80% of the course has been completed, and any bonuses, live sessions, or add-ons already accessed.
4. Intellectual Property All course content, materials, worksheets, templates, and resources provided by Built to Scale Systems are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course materials without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built to Scale Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
